Dear Anna Blue Dolphins Families,

Today was our final day of regular season practice! After tomorrow's meet in Salem, our regular season will officially come to an end.

Beginning next week, practices will be for Championship Team swimmers only. Depending on the number of qualifying swimmers, we will most likely continue with two practice sessions.

I am not able to create the Championship Meet lineup until I have verified several things for each swimmer:

• They are available to attend the Championship Meet.
• They have competed in at least three regular season meets.
• They have a sanctioned time in the event.
• They are one of our top swimmers in that event.

Please remember that at Championships, each swimmer may compete in up to three individual events and two relay events.

From the swimmers who meet the eligibility requirements:

• The top two swimmers in each event 50 meters and longer will be entered.
• The top three swimmers in each 25-meter event will be entered.
• Relay teams will also be selected for both the Medley Relay and the Freestyle Relay based on the strongest combinations available.

Even if your swimmer qualifies, they cannot be considered unless I know they are available to attend.

Please complete the Championship Availability form by Saturday, July 18, at 3:00 PM. This deadline allows me to begin building the lineup as soon as possible after tomorrow's meet.
