📣 Team Update
We have added over a dozen swimmers in the last 6 hours! Because of this growth, I have updated the swim group list.
If you don't see this update before tomorrow morning, don't worry! We expect a few adjustments throughout the week as we continue evaluating swimmers and balancing groups. Flexibility is key during the first week of practice.

🐬 First Practice Day Schedule
We are so excited to kick off the season! Please review the schedule below so swimmers and families know what to expect.
☀️ First Practice (Groups 5–7)

| 8:00 AM | First Practice Team Meeting |
| 8:15 AM | Enter Pool for Warm-Ups |
| 8:30 AM | Starts & Turns Review |
| 8:45 AM | 100M/50M Freestyle Time Trials |
| 9:15 AM | Sprint Sets & Cool Down (Lanes 2–6) |
| 9:15 AM | Makeup Evaluations (Lane 1) |
| 9:25 AM | Whole Team Meeting in the fenced hangout/viewing area (Parents welcome!) |
| 9:30 AM | First Official Team Cheer! 🎉 |
After the Team Cheer:
- Groups 5–7 are dismissed.
- Groups 1–4 begin their practice session.

📣 Parent Notes
- Parents are encouraged to attend the 9:25 AM Whole Team Meeting.
- Please have swimmers arrive a few minutes early and ready to enter the water.
- Bring a swimsuit, goggles, water bottle, and a positive attitude!
- Don't forget to stay for our first official team cheer at 9:30 AM!
